Shipping Destinations: Ecto Protein currently ships to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Shipping Rates: For standard shipping, we charge a flat rate of $3.95 for all orders. However, we have a fantastic offer for our valued customers – enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Order Processing Time: Once you place an order with us, our team will strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may slightly vary.

Estimated Delivery Time: After processing your order, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is approximately 2-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or high shipping volumes.

Order Tracking: We want you to stay informed about your order's journey. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Ecto Protein will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our customer support team immediately to make the necessary corrections.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We regret to inform you that we currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping: At this time, Ecto Protein ships only within the United States and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping options.
